We keep this short because we collect very little. This page explains what reaches us, why, and who else sees it.
Who we are
Wholesome Paper is a registered business name operated by a sole trader (ABN 37 458 497 840), based at Unit 403, 18 Park Lane, Chippendale NSW 2008, Australia. We sell tissue products made by Li Xing Paper Co., Ltd. in Taoyuan, Taiwan.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you send an enquiry, your own email program sends us what you entered: company, country, product interest, estimated volume, message and your order list, plus your email address and anything else you add, such as your name or phone number.
- Direct contact. If you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we keep that correspondence.
What this website does not collect
- No accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- We set no cookies.
- Your order list is saved only in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a page reload. It is not sent to us until you submit an enquiry, and you can remove it at any time with “Clear order”.
Services this website uses
- Google Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Web hosting. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.
- WhatsApp. The “Chat on WhatsApp” button opens WhatsApp, which is covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
How we use your information
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange samples, production and shipping, and keep the business records the law requires. We do not use it for anything unrelated, and we do not sell or rent it.
Who we share it with
- Li Xing Paper Co., Ltd. (Taiwan), which makes our products, so it can quote, produce and ship your order. This means your details may be handled in Taiwan.
- Freight, customs and logistics providers, only when you place an order that they need to handle.
Storage and security
Enquiries are kept in our email and business records. We take reasonable steps to protect them and keep them only as long as we need them for business and legal record-keeping.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by contacting us. If you have a concern, please contact us first; if you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
